Are you passionate about bringing sponsorships to life in support of business goals? The Commercial Sponsorships Advisor supports the development of the sponsorship portfolio in support of the Desjardins Insurance Portfolio. This role is responsible for sourcing, on-going management, and evaluation of sponsorship opportunities in Ontario, Atlantic and West regions, aligning the initiatives with broader business and marketing objectives. This role requires superior analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills to maximize brand and business impact through external partnerships. More specifically, you will be required to :

- Analyze new partnership opportunities and existing portfolio contractual renewals and build strong recommendations, in consultation with their Team Lead and internal stakeholders.
- Aligned with business goals and objectives, negotiate partnership agreements and work in collaboration with the partner and key internal stakeholders to draft contract and manage contract compliance, ensuring that partnership and related contractual perks aligns with current sponsorship and brand strategy,



priorities and is in-line with internal processes, while ensuring that the partnership provides a strong ROI (return-on-investment) and ROO (return-on-objectives), alignment with organizational values, reputation and interests. The Advisor is also responsible for any contractual adaptations, renewals and amendments related to their assigned portfolio.
- Build and deliver sponsorship activation plans that directly support the line of business’s goals and marketing priorities, rooted in data-driven insights working with internal stakeholders to bring sponsorship concepts to life and ensure seamless integration within broader campaigns.
- Maintain and ensure completion of all relevant contractual and project files (including appropriate documentation and validations).
- Manage sponsorship and activation budget, ensuring that project remains within planned budget.
