Position Overview
The firm is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with dedicated transactional experience in Ontario to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to manage a broad range of sophisticated files encompassing acquisitions, sales, financings, and commercial leasing.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Independently run and manage complex commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring and LOI through to closing, post-closing, and reporting.
Acquisitions & Sales: Negotiate, draft, and finalize agreements of purchase and sale, conveyancing documents, closing adjustments, and title
