You will oversee project delivery, resource utilization, health and safety compliance, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical oversight, mentorship, coaching, and career development support
Act as Project Manager for bridge infrastructure projects

Support client relationships, proposals, and business development activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering
Professional Engineer designation or eligibility with APEGA
Minimum 10 years’ bridge engineering or transportation infrastructure experience
