As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead audience development, brand marketing, content marketing, and product marketing initiatives. You will help introduce Canadians to The Globe’s journalism, journalists, and products while supporting digital subscription growth. The position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing and Audience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop paid and organic programs increasing qualified traffic, trial, and consideration
Improve content and brand discoverability across social, video, and emerging platforms
Identify audience opportunities through events, partnerships, and product experiences




Establish goals and KPIs for marketing initiatives
Analyze performance and audience behavior to optimize future strategies
Requirements: Seven or more years in audience, growth, brand, content, or product marketing
Experience leading and developing a small team
Success driving measurable audience growth supporting sales acquisition
Understanding of digital audience behavior and platform ecosystems
Interest in current events, business, investing, and political coverage
Lead audience growth, digital campaigns, and content discovery while expanding The Globe’s reach and supporting subscription growth in Toronto.
