Position Summary
We are seeking a commercially minded, technically capable In-House Counsel who holds both a law degree and an engineering degree. This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for leading complex contractual negotiations, advising on commercial and legal risk, and providing practical counsel across our manufacturing and engineering businesses.
The successful candidate will personally review and redline sophisticated contracts,



negotiate directly with customers and counterparties, and manage external counsel on matters requiring specialist or jurisdiction-specific support. They will operate independently within agreed business parameters, elevate significant decisions to senior executives, and present substantially negotiated agreements for final approval. Solid familiarity with AI tools is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead legal review, drafting, redlining and negotiation of complex, high-value customer contracts, master supply and service agreements, procurement terms and other commercial arrangements, including lengthy agreements with multinational counterparties.
