Lead global client strategy at Amex GBT using analytics, negotiation, and program optimization across United States and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The Manager, Global Client Group is a strategic leader owning client servicing strategy execution. This full time role supports a top client in the GCG Financial Services vertical. It requires global customer-facing experience, travel-industry leadership, and consultative subject matter expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Execute the client servicing strategy for assigned clients
Deliver results through client negotiations
Influence key decision makers through communication and mentorship
Identify portfolio risks and coordinate mitigation with Service Delivery Leaders
Optimize and drive premium revenue for a top client
Requirements: Extensive global customer or client-facing experience
Four to five years of travel-industry
