As a Cost Manager, you will prepare reports for real estate asset classes and support commissions across Canada. The position suits an experienced Cost Consultant with at least three years of relevant post-graduate experience. You will contribute to feasibility studies, procurement reports, market research, and final cost plans while supporting quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare Cost Management reports for real estate asset classes
Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
Research Canadian construction market conditions and published data
Produce and present final cost plans
Validate post-contract cost changes and escalate major changes
Requirements: Minimum three years of relevant post-graduate experience
Recognized university degree
Experienced Cost Consultant or similar-role professional
Qualified organization membership such as CIQS or RICS preferred
