Miratech seeks an experienced Development and Delivery Lead to oversee Genesys Cloud CX initiatives for a major financial services client. You will coordinate client, partner, and Miratech teams while maintaining an end-to-end delivery view. The work spans CCaa S architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities: Lead CCaa S planning, execution, and delivery across initiatives
Oversee IVR, routing, desktops, dialers, reporting, and integrations
Define scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and delivery objectives
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and partner organizations




Review designs, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational handover
Requirements: Experienced development and delivery leadership background
Technical oversight across cloud contact centre solutions
Robust stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Genesys or cloud certifications are advantageous
Financial services or regulated-industry experience is advantageous
