Lead enterprise change management for Hydro One in Toronto, applying OCM expertise across medium and large transformation initiatives. Rotation lasts 18 months.
As Senior Manager, Change Management, you will lead organizational change strategies and plans within the Enterprise Transformation Office. Apply strategic change, communications, adult learning, and user adoption expertise. Support business, IT, and external partners while guiding enterprise transformation across people, process, and technology.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end OCM delivery for transformation and technology projects
Partner with executives to embed current ways of working
Develop frameworks supporting consistent enterprise OCM practices
Oversee vendors, contracts, budgets,



and OCM work plans
Coach leaders, stakeholders, and Change Management resources
Requirements: University degree and up to 10–15 years OCM experience
Eight-plus years leading Change Management programs
Advanced knowledge of enterprise and individual change methodologies
Experience delivering projects across people, process, and technology
Prosci certification or equivalent preferred
Bring strategic change, communications, and adoption expertise to Hydro One’s enterprise transformation work in Toronto.
