Lead recovery strategy, vendor governance, and analytics as goeasy’s Senior Recovery Operations Manager, working three days onsite weekly in Mississauga.
This senior leadership role oversees goeasy’s National Unsecured Recovery Program and external legal and collections providers. You will lead internal recovery teams, manage national vendors, interpret performance data, and strengthen compliance. The position supports recovery performance and customer outcomes through internal and vendor-supported operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead national unsecured recovery strategy and daily operations
Coach teams handling legal collections and recovery activities
Manage vendor scorecards, contracts, service levels, and reviews
Develop recovery dashboards, forecasts,
and leadership reporting
Oversee compliance, audits, complaints, and corrective actions
Requirements: Five or more years of progressive recovery leadership experience
Experience leading teams and improving operational performance
Understanding of unsecured collections and recovery strategies
National vendor program and performance framework experience
Knowledge of Canadian collections legislation and litigation processes
Bring recovery leadership, vendor management, analytics, and compliance expertise to goeasy’s Mississauga-based operations team.
