Position Overview
The Government of Ontario is seeking a senior, hands-on Full Stack Software Developer and Technical Lead to design, develop, integrate, and support secure, scalable enterprise applications. The successful candidate will combine modern web development expertise with solid Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integration experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise full-stack applications using Node.js, Next.js, React, Java, Java Script, and Type Script.
Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse solutions.
Build secure and scalable REST APIs, web services, backend components, and enterprise integrations.




Develop cloud solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management, Azure Storage, and Azure Key Vault.
Apply. NET/C#, SQL Server, Spring Boot, Apache Tomcat, and Oracle or SQL database technologies where required.
Design solution architecture, technical specifications, integration patterns, implementation plans, and deployment strategies.
Support permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, and end-to-end case management workflows.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, source control, testing, and release management using Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.
Lead code reviews, establish development standards, mentor developers, and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
