This Manager role leads technical workstreams across SAP Success Factors implementations and adjacent platforms. You will shape integration strategy, oversee configuration and data transformation, and translate client requirements into scalable designs. The work spans Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities: Define technical integration strategies across Success Factors modules
Architect connections with SAP HCM, payroll, and ERP systems
Evaluate SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and Mule Soft platforms
Lead workstreams, dependencies, APIs, mappings,
and transformations
Conduct workshops and guide migration, security, and compliance
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Minimum eight years in HR technology consulting
At least five years focused on Success Factors integrations
Hands-on SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or middleware experience
Employee Central and additional Success Factors certifications
