As a Building Mechanical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Determine client needs and establish the scope of the assignment;
Design various structures and systems;
Conduct technical analyses and write reports;
Carry out preliminary studies;
Prepare plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates;
Inspect construction sites and provide technical support;
Supervise the work of technicians;




Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with the services offered, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines.
To enjoy taking on this challenge, we are looking for someone who:
Holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or building engineering;
Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Is proficient in French (spoken and written).
