Lead operational performance in Prince Rupert while advancing safety, service delivery, and leadership across multiple facilities and terminals.
As the senior operations leader, you will guide a significant operational transition across the company. Partner with facilities, engineering, technology, HSQE, and commercial teams. Build site leadership, oversee operational plans, and represent the company in the local community.
Key Responsibilities: Own day-to-day performance across current facilities
Lead terminal and yard service delivery
Implement and improve safety programs
Develop site leadership and frontline teams
Engage regional stakeholders and community partners
Requirements: Senior operations leadership across multiple facilities
Regular presence at terminals in Prince Rupert
Ability to manage Work Secure BC and Transport Canada compliance
Experience partnering across operational and corporate functions
Ability to stand or sit eight hours daily
Bring operational leadership, HSQE accountability, and stakeholder engagement to the company’s Prince Rupert terminals and facilities.
