The Manager, Accounts Receivable reports to the Senior Director of Accounting and is responsible for leading Achievers’ global accounts receivable function, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of invoicing, collections, cash application, and accounts receivable operations
This role drives operational excellence across the order-to-cash cycle, strengthens internal controls, and supports the optimization of working capital and cash flow performance
You’ll partner closely and cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Accounting
You’ll develop and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, resolve billing and collection challenges, and enhance the customer experience
You’ll be the key stakeholder in supporting business growth, revenue realization,



and financial compliance
