I’m in a need for a killer Sales Manager to take over our North America team.
Background & reason for hiring
Today, I run the entire sales org & everyone reports to me - meaning the headcount I manage has grown out of hand. Not only that, but we’re expected to grow at least 70% in 2027. Making it impossible for me to effectively scale the team on my own.
For our NA AEs this today means that:
They aren’t getting the depth of coaching & 1-1 development they need
There’s nobody to actively join meetings & support key deals
Their calls & deals aren’t actively reviewed and given feedback on
All in all this results in slower growth & delivering inconsistent customer experiences. I’m looking for someone to take full ownership over running our NA
