As Director of Sales, you will lead business development and sales for BCCA, reporting to the Head of Serv. You will set strategy, own commercial performance, develop the Canadian sales team, and strengthen customer partnerships. Your work connects market insight with profitable opportunities involving reciprocating compressors.
Key Responsibilities: Assess Canadian markets, customers, competitors, and emerging compressor activity
Own annual sales plans, budgets, targets, and profitability
Grow existing accounts and develop current customer opportunities
Pursue strategic opportunities, negotiate quotes, and present estimates




Develop sales capability through accountability and performance leadership
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, millwright certificate, or equivalent education and experience
At least five years of successful industrial business-to-business sales experience
Experience developing strategies, forecasting, negotiating, and prospecting opportunities
Ability to connect technical solutions with value and profitability
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Co Pilot
