Key Responsibilities: Own CPP’s marketing strategy across every clinic
Build clinic plans with channels, budgets, and targets

Scale proven practices across recent and acquired clinics
Requirements: 10+ years in marketing and 5+ years leading teams
Healthcare, medical aesthetics, or wellness experience strongly preferred
Proven strategy and digital execution driving measurable growth
Experience earning trust from operators, owners, or clinicians
Experience with a major CRM or automation platform
Lead measurable patient growth through trusted partnerships, digital depth, analytics, and hands-on marketing leadership at CPP.
