In this hybrid, full-time position, you will shape the marketing strategy and manage the alignment of internal resources and external partners. Your role includes building brand awareness, improving market positioning, and developing effective marketing campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating the marketing team while executing initiatives that translate technical concepts into transparent value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement AON3 D’s overarching marketing strategy
• Develop and lead the marketing team while managing external agencies




• Create marketing performance metrics and report on insights
• Plan and execute impactful product launches and trade events
• Produce technical content, ensuring brand consistency
Requirements:
• 8+ years of B2 B marketing experience, including leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Expertise in product and content marketing in tech industries
• Strong copywriting skills with experience in technical content
• Familiarity with marketing tools like Hub Spot and Google Analytics
