Key Responsibilities: Lead manufacturing operations across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
Develop managers through coaching, mentoring, and performance decisions
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement across the facility
Execute operational strategy aligned with business objectives
Own operational costs and structured problem solving
Requirements: Five to ten or more years leading complex manufacturing operations
Experience managing managers and multifunctional teams
Practical understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Experience leading organisational and cultural change
Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management qualification preferred
