You will be the technical resource on copper cable and wire-harness manufacturing, leading hands-on improvements and supporting production teams. You'll work with Production, Quality, Product Management and others to develop and improve methods, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure proper documentation and training are in place for consistent quality and efficiency.
