Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, train, and allocate work across the facilities maintenance team
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Manage CMMS work orders, assets, priorities, and performance indicators
- Coordinate repairs, shutdowns, emergencies, contractors, and service providers




- Lead infrastructure upgrades, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related technical discipline
- Minimum seven years’ progressive facilities or building maintenance experience
- At least three years leading employees, contractors, or maintenance teams
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or GMP-regulated environments
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers, and BAS Apply facilities leadership, CMMS expertise, and GMP knowledge to maintain secure, compliant, reliable operations at Teva.
