Bimbo Canada is seeking a Manager, Research & Development (R&D;), Flatbreads and Breakfast in Etobicoke, ON. This role leads the R&D; portfolio for tortillas, bagels, and English muffins, owning projects from concept to commercialization with hands-on engineering on the plant floor. You will oversee formulation development, lab and plant trials, scale-up, launch support, and post-launch follow-up while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and financial targets.
