- Prescription verification and dispensing
- Medication counselling and clinical services
- Team leadership and staff support
- Managing pharmacy workflow and daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with Alberta pharmacy standards
- Maintaining high standards of patient safety and care Requirements
- Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Patient-focused approach
- Ability to lead and motivate a pharmacy team
- Competitive salary of CAD $70/hour (~$145,600/year)
- Performance bonuses Schedule The pharmacy operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. Shifts will be either opening or evening shifts, and the position includes rotating weekend coverage.
