Lead UAV LiDAR and terrestrial laser scanning projects from Apex Geomatics’ head office in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Deliver accurate Civil 3D and geospatial solutions. As a senior technical resource, you will lead complex reality capture projects for civil infrastructure, construction, and engineering work. The position combines survey drafting, point-cloud processing, 3D modelling, and technical mentorship. You will support field and office teams while improving reality capture and field-to-finish practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare survey plans, drawings, and civil engineering deliverables
- Process UAV LiDAR and terrestrial laser scanning datasets
- Register, classify, extract, and quality-check point clouds
- Develop Civil 3D surfaces, models,



and survey information
- Mentor technicians and improve field-to-finish workflows

Requirements:
- Expert AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D proficiency
- Hands-on UAV LiDAR and terrestrial scanning expertise
- Understanding of surveying principles, control, and coordinate systems
- Technical troubleshooting and mentorship capabilities
