Shape Salesforce, accounting systems, and internal platforms remotely across Canada as Canopy’s Business Systems Analyst. Apply analysis and design thinking to practical organizational improvements. This one-year full-time temporary Business Systems Analyst role reports to the Head of Operations & Finance. You will operationalize a Salesforce overhaul, roll out accounting systems, and coordinate tools for revenue reporting. The work also includes intranet, knowledge management, document management, and internal communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Salesforce configuration, data readiness, migration, and integrations
- Lead intranet and knowledge management platform development
- Coordinate document management and online communication improvements
- Support FUNCounting with accounting systems and related tools




- Develop training, documentation, guidance, and adoption communications

Requirements:
- Three to five years’ business systems analysis or implementation experience
- Experience with configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations
- Solid data management, process improvement, and project management skills
- Ability to apply design thinking and support diverse technical comfort levels
- Excellent written communication, judgment, and independent problem-solving Bring business systems analysis, data management, and change management skills to improve Canopy’s collaboration and organizational impact remotely.
