Shape AI-first legal technology in Toronto or Raleigh as a Senior Product Manager focused on platform strategy and data intelligence. This hybrid role requires office collaboration at least three days weekly. At Litera, you will own the Firm Intelligence Platform as a senior individual contributor. You will guide vision, strategy, and roadmap while partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and cross-functional leaders. Your work will support AI agents, people, and traditional integrations across Litera’s product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Define data, API, security, and scalability requirements
- Translate law firm needs into prioritized platform requirements
- Document build-versus-buy and sequencing decisions
- Measure adoption, performance, and customer impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years owning platform, data, or infrastructure products
- Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, LLMs, retrieval, and agents
- Understanding of MCP and agent-facing service design
- Technical fluency in data modeling, APIs, architectures, and security Bring platform product leadership, AI fluency, and customer insight to shape Litera’s next generation of legal technology.
