Build AI agents with Cortex, SQL, and Python or JavaScript for Gorgias’s go-to-market workflows. This role centers on production automation and practical business adoption. As a GTM Engineer, you will own agents supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You will use prompt design, tool calling, REST APIs, and automation tools to move workflows from manual processes to reviewed agents. Production automations and solid AI fluency are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Build custom agents and reusable skills on Cortex
- Automate lead, account, outbound, enrichment, and referral workflows
- Map workflow backlogs and select agent, automation, or manual solutions
- Tune prompts, review performance data, and fix regressions
- Debug Cargo,



HubSpot, Customer.io, and related workflows

Requirements:
- Three or more years in technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering
- Production automation experience with demonstrable results
- Hands-on LLM application experience, including prompt design and tool calling
- Solid SQL and Python or JavaScript with REST API comfort
- Fluent English; French is a plus for Paris Use AI agents, automation, and technical judgment to improve Gorgias go-to-market workflows while protecting output quality.
