Air Wise Sales Inc. seeks an IT Manager to own site technology operations and support engineering and manufacturing teams. The work spans Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, cybersecurity, and specialized applications. You will coordinate vendors and partner with Contemporary Niagara’s central technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize onsite incidents, service requests, and technology work
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Manage local infrastructure, endpoints, and shop-floor devices
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune




- Coordinate vendors and escalate enterprise architecture matters

Requirements:
- Post-secondary information technology, computer science, or related education
- Five to eight years of progressive IT experience
- Experience owning operations for a site or organization
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and networking skills
- Independent judgment and hands-on troubleshooting experience Bring site-level ownership, Microsoft administration, networking expertise, and practical troubleshooting to Air Wise’s Hamilton operations.
