Lead ServiceNow SAM and ITSM configuration remotely, integrating publisher data through REST APIs, IntegrationHub, OAuth, and Azure AD. This W2 contract supports clients across the United States or Canada. As lead technical consultant, you will configure SAM Workspace and License Management for a Software Asset Management engagement. The work includes ITSM configuration, source-system mapping, reconciliation, and stakeholder advisory support. You will also shape entitlement planning and integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support workshops, refine user stories, and demonstrate configured functionality
- Configure SAM Workspace and License Management for 24 products
- Produce governance SOP and SAM playbook documentation




- Map source-system and API data into ServiceNow
- Build publisher integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub

Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- ServiceNow Software Asset Management and IntegrationHub certifications
- Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM configuration experience
