Lead MacEwen’s DEF and Lubricants business in Western Ontario, applying operational leadership and financial management from Milton, Ontario. This Division Manager oversees Commercial Fuels for the GTA and the division’s complete operation. Responsibilities span warehousing, trucking, customer service, order management, invoicing, and administration. The Manager drives financial results through efficient deliveries, accurate inventories, controlled expenses, and motivated employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead division profit and loss and daily operations
- Develop personalized customer relationships and responsive solutions
- Maintain protected, efficient truck fleet and warehouse operations
- Monitor costs, profitability, routes, and delivery efficiencies
- Coordinate replenishment purchases and warehouse activities
Requirements:
- Experience leading asset-based transportation operations
- Hands-on experience leading teams to excellent results
- Strong computer, organization, and multitasking skills
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
