Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate front-end research programs, prototypes, evaluations, and reports
- Develop or support requirements, specifications, and test plans
- Create detailed R&D; schedules and provide resourcing input
- Support gate reviews, progress updates,



and issue escalations
- Coordinate technical transition through recent product introduction and deployment

Requirements:
- Degree in Physics or Engineering Physics
- Five-plus years in new product development
- Proven product or systems development background
- Experience with multidisciplinary team-oriented teams
