Lead PMO transformation and segmentation initiatives in a hybrid Program Director contract based in Downtown Toronto. Guide delivery across multiple workstreams. Our client is a leading financial institution and one of Canada’s Top 5 Banks. This 12-month assignment requires progressive program management, transformation delivery, or business change leadership experience. You will apply functional expertise, governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder skills to complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiative delivery and scope definition
- Coordinate workstream planning, sequencing, governance, and delivery support
- Monitor initiative health, interdependencies, capacity, risks, and performance
- Facilitate executive Steering Committee forums and track decisions




- Maintain transparent reporting and escalate material delivery issues

Requirements:
- 10+ years leading complex programs across multiple workstreams
- Deep expertise relevant to the assigned transformation area
- Experience guiding senior leaders, executives, and workstream owners
- Go-To-Market planning, change management, and performance tracking experience
- Bachelor’s degree; PMP, PgMP, or MSP certification is an asset Bring transformation delivery, governance, segmentation, and executive leadership expertise to this Toronto-based Program Director assignment.
