Lead surface electrical maintenance at Evolution Mining’s Red Lake operation, directing crews across electrical, instrumentation, and construction activities. As Surface Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance execution in a mining workplace. The residential Red Lake role follows a 7/7, 12-hour day roster. You will apply maintenance practices supporting business objectives, production goals, equipment reliability, and safe work. Collaboration with planners, schedulers, reliability engineers, tradespersons, and other supervisors supports problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct multi-craft electrical maintenance and construction crews
- Manage assignments, performance, costs, and maintenance activities
- Administer SAP notification and work order backlogs




- Review work orders, time cards, requests, and reports
- Communicate equipment performance, targets, and key performance indicators

Requirements:
- Progressive electrical experience within the mining industry
- Maintenance or operations supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Knowledge of CSA Z462 and CSA M421
- Adaptability, initiative, maturity, and attention to detail Bring electrical supervision, SAP coordination, and maintenance leadership to Evolution Mining’s Red Lake operation in Ontario.
