Lead control systems engineering onsite in Denver with Python, LabVIEW, and hands-on test stand experience. Own critical systems for advanced laser experimentation. As Control Systems Project Lead, you will own controls for a major development program within Xcimer Energy’s Applied Science group. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering work while designing, implementing, verifying, and commissioning control, data acquisition, and interlock systems. The position combines individual contribution with sprint planning, software delivery, operator collaboration, and test campaign support. Key Responsibilities:

Own controls requirements, architecture, interfaces, and delivery across multiple subsystems Plan sprints, assign tasks, review contributions, and deliver releases Coordinate controls activities with optics, pulsed power, mechanical, software,



and operations Lead verification, validation, integration testing, and commissioning activities Develop automation and data acquisition software using Python and LabVIEW Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, controls, or computer engineering Five or more years in control systems engineering Experience designing and commissioning test stands or experimental systems Proficiency in maintainable, version-controlled LabVIEW development U.S. citizenship, permanent residence, refugee, or asylee status Bring diagnostic thinking, software capability, and controls leadership to Xcimer Energy’s Denver-based Applied Science programs.
