Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance. Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Design and refine spa menus, treatment protocols, and service offerings to meet evolving client needs and market trends. Ensure the delivery of consistently outstanding client experiences from arrival to departure. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain optimal inventory levels for spa products and supplies. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of service and hygiene.



Develop and manage the spa's annual budget, controlling costs and maximizing financial returns. Oversee marketing and promotional activities for the spa, collaborating with the marketing team. Stay abreast of industry best practices, innovations, and competitive landscape. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in spa management, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop diverse teams. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management. Expertise in client relationship management and service excellence principles. Comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness industry trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in spa management software and operational systems. Ability to adapt and thrive in a energetic and evolving market. Experience within the
