November 23, 2026 – May 20, 2027 We are seeking an experienced

Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

to support a healthcare data integration and reporting initiative. The successful candidate will build data pipelines, develop reporting models, and deliver Power BI dashboards that provide reliable operational and business insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop Python-based ETL processes using AWS Glue to extract, transform, validate, and load data. Work with Oracle databases, complex SQL, and AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS). Design and optimize Amazon Redshift data models, including star schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables. Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations. Implement data-quality checks, incremental loading, data reconciliation, and performance optimization. Work with healthcare data standards and support technical documentation and knowledge transfer. Required Qualifications:



Strong Oracle, SQL, Python, AWS Glue Python Shell, and AWS DMS experience. Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and dimensional data modelling. Robust Power BI development skills, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard optimization. Healthcare data experience involving the

Ontario HRM Standard, FHIR, and HL7 v2 . Previous public sector experience is

mandatory . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
