Lead complex energy construction projects from Vaughan through commissioning with expertise in budgets, contractors, and hybrid project delivery. Alectra offers this full time position. As Manager, Construction, you will oversee project execution, coordinate design and site activities, and guide Project Managers and Analysts. The work includes electrical construction costing, estimating, contract management, regulatory coordination, and reporting. You will support battery storage, solar, microgrid, and other energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee construction projects, timelines, budgets, and performance Coordinate designers, contractors, utilities, suppliers, and site activities Develop budgets, forecasts, schedules,



and variance reports Negotiate contracts and evaluate procurement submissions Support commissioning, energization, and operational transition Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 10+ years constructing energy-related projects 5+ years leading or managing teams Experience managing EPC or large-scale projects Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel Bring energy construction leadership, electrical costing, stakeholder management, and project controls expertise to Alectra’s Vaughan team.
