Our client is looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Director with a strong culinary background. You may be a Foodservice Sales Manager, former Executive Chef or Corporate Chef who has moved into sales and team leadership.

The Role You will lead and coach a team of Regional Sales Managers across British Columbia.Y

Your goal is simple: develop the team, grow sales and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.

What You Will Do

Lead and coach a regional sales team

Set sales goals and hold the team accountable

Review territories, pipelines and key opportunities

Help sales representatives win new business

Manage regional key accounts

Build relationships with chefs, operators, dealers and distributors

Support live cooking demonstrations and customer presentations





Track sales activity and results using CRM

Attend trade shows and industry events

Travel throughout British Columbia (Up to 65%)

What You Bring

A strong culinary or professional-kitchen background

Experience leading and coaching sales representatives

Key-account and business-development experience

Confidence working with chefs, owners and senior decision-makers

Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and equipment

Strong communication, planning and CRM skills

A valid driver’s licence

Ability to travel approximately 60%
