You're a positive fit if you: Work as a Senior, Staff or Principal Software Engineer (or equivalent senior individual contributor) Actively contribute to open-source projects, with merged pull requests or commits in the last 6 months Maintain or contribute to projects with real adoption, such as 100+ GitHub stars or clear package usage
