Support major commercial construction through every phase. Ledcor seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years managing complex projects for a major general contractor. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across structural, civil, M&E;, and architectural scopes. The work requires planning, client communication, contract interpretation, and construction execution. Key Responsibilities:

Review contracts, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, and staffing needs Coordinate designers, technical teams, discipline managers, and clients Develop execution plans for staging, materials, subcontracting, and equipment Oversee construction progress, productivity, quality, safety,



budget, and schedule Prepare progress reports and resolve roadblocks proactively Requirements:

10+ years managing large, complex industrial, commercial, or institutional projects Post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field Full-cycle major project experience across structural, civil, M&E;, and architectural scopes Experience with Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Valid driver’s license and clean abstract Bring senior project leadership, civil construction knowledge, and disciplined execution to Ledcor’s major commercial projects in Ontario.
