Lead AI-powered product engineering at Riva through hands-on coding, architecture, and agentic development workflows. This Edmonton-based role guides a growing team. As Engineering Team Lead, you will guide development for Riva’s meeting intelligence product. You will spend approximately 60–70% of your time coding, designing systems, and shaping architecture. The role also includes coaching engineers, strengthening delivery processes, and communicating technical decisions.
