Min. 5 years of experience in professional Architect’s office with a diversified range of project types. Must be proficient in Revit. Robust understanding of the OBC. Thorough knowledge of building systems, building science and construction detailing in a cold climate. Curiosity and initiative in exploring AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and coordination across workflows. Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in small team and multi-task on a variety of projects. Drivers License with ability to travel to job sites on occasion. Assets

Familiarity with city approval process including urban design and zoning requirements, site plan approval and building permit process. Familiarity with high performance building design and detailing (Passive House, Net Zero, Energy Star etc.) Experience integrating AI tools into workflows. Experience in creating company templates and Revit families. Achievement of professional credentials will be considered; LEED, BCIN, Member of AATO, OAA, etc.
