Lead construction project oversight for U-Haul in Vancouver, coordinating budgets, schedules, specifications, and regulatory compliance across assigned locations. As an Owner's Representative, you will review and monitor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects under an appropriate U-Haul Holdings Business Consultant. The work includes planning activities, reviewing project documents, supporting contractor selection, and identifying renovation cost savings. Prior U-Haul experience and three to five years of construction or repair shop experience are required. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Prior U-Haul experience is required Three to five years construction or repair experience Ability to operate forklifts with training OSHA certification preferred Bring project coordination, construction oversight, and compliance experience to U-Haul's assigned Vancouver locations and facilities.
