You will guide policy, performance, and resource allocation, while coordinating with Dispatch and other teams to sustain reliability. The role demands strong leadership, 5+ years in airline operations, and a focus on planning and execution in a fast-paced environment. On-site, 4-on/4-off call rotation, based at the YYZ office.
