Vice President, Marketing & Leasing

to lead marketing, branding, communications, and leasing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Lead portfolio-wide marketing and leasing strategy

Drive occupancy, leasing revenue, and resident retention

Oversee residential and commercial leasing programs

Partner with development, asset management, and executive leadership teams

Guide brand positioning, communications, and community engagement

Manage budgets, agencies, leasing partners, and high-performing teams

Present strategy and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications

15+ years of marketing and leasing experience





5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role

Real estate, property management, or development industry experience

Solid residential and/or commercial leasing expertise

Experience with lease-up strategies, rental pricing, and tenant retention

Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills

Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is an asset)
