Lead Hamilton’s HVAC operation through sales growth, financial performance, customer relationships, and team development in a full-time leadership position. The Branch General Manager directs the overall operation while balancing commercial leadership with hands-on market knowledge. You will manage the local P&L;, guide sales, improve workflow, and strengthen relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other industry partners. The position also develops annual plans, budgets, and practical local strategies. Key Responsibilities:
