Must Haves

10+ years in

Technical Program Management , Program Management, Project Management, or Transformation Delivery

Enterprise transformation delivery within

financial services , banking, fintech, insurance, or regulated industries

Management of

cross-functional stakeholders , risks and dependencies, program governance, executive communications, and change management activities

Operational transformation and

process improvement

initiatives across business and technology teams

Robust understanding of

Agile , Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Digital Banking or Financial Services organizations

Background within Operations, Strategy, Transformation Office, PMO, or Enterprise Delivery functions





Knowledge of process optimization methodologies and operational excellence practices

Experience working with regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit-related initiatives

PMP, PMI-ACP, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution for strategic operational initiatives

Develop integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams

Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across multiple programs

Support operational transformation and process improvement initiativesFacilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and decision forums
