Lead industrial automation operations in Winnipeg through workflow management, process improvement, and quality assurance at Celco Automation. Reporting to the President, the Operations Manager oversees order flow across Celco operations. You will coordinate departments, address scheduling issues, and maintain engineering and production commitments. The role spans order entry, design and engineering, integration, quality control, and shipment. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate work movement between departments and maintain production schedules Improve workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and shorten cycle times Maintain Celco’s quality assurance and QMS programs Monitor resources, budgets, project progress, and operational activities Support staffing, project coordination,



and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:

Minimum five years’ progressive operations or manufacturing management experience Experience in industrial automation, controls, electrical, or related industries Experience in custom manufacturing environments Knowledge of control panels, PLC systems, equipment, and automation projects Understanding of scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and cost control Bring operational leadership, quality management, and manufacturing process expertise to Celco Automation’s Winnipeg team.
