Drive corporate development at Kavenex through strategic planning, capital raising, and commercial modelling across a cross-vertical corporate role. As Corporate Development Manager, you will partner with leadership on long-range planning and lead M&A; and partnership initiatives. You will support fundraising, corporate planning, strategic partnerships, and deal execution through rigorous modelling. The role spans finance, marcomms, legal, and external affairs. Key Responsibilities:
